We’ve heard requests from many growers in the US for more Nitrogen in base nutrients, and to accommodate these requests, House & Garden is introducing Nitrogen Boost. Nitrogen Boost contains only Nitrogen and is very concentrated. At 1 – 4 mL per gallon a little goes a long way. Use Nitrogen Boost any time additional levels of Nitrogen are needed.
Product Highlight
Nitrogen Boost is carefully formulated to provide plants with optimal levels of nitrogen during their vegetative cycle. Nitrogen plays a key role in many processes and is used by the plant to form proteins, hormones, vitamins, enzymes, and chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the green plant pigment that captures light energy for use in photosynthesis.
Application
- Nitrogen Boost can be applied up to the third week of flowering, starting with 1 ml per gallon on younger plants and progressing upwards to 2 ml per gallon.
- For aggressive plants, these amounts can be doubled (starting with 2 ml and ending with 4 ml).
- Rates needed to achieve different yields with different crops may vary. Refer to the feeding chart for detailed usage instructions.
