Root organics was founded in Eugene, Oregon by a group of conscientious, organic gardeners. We are dedicated to bringing you superior and unique organic gardening products so you and our planet will be healthier and happier.

Our History
We’ve grown a lot over the years, but we’re still firmly rooted in our love for soil and our commitment to community. We’re proud to do our part in the wider world by facilitating the efficient production of foods and medicines that are free from harmful chemical residues and pesticides.
After more than 20 years in the business, we still believe that organic should mean more than a commitment to natural inputs.
Research and Development
We’ve grown a lot in the past few years, but we believe that sustainable growth is not just physical, but intellectual. This means continuing to encourage our teams of scientists to explore, it means getting geeky with test gardens, and it means listening to you. Some of our intelligence comes not from our labs and greenhouses, but from your gardens.
Over the past 20+ years, we’ve been fortunate to develop symbiotic relationships with organic farmers who tell us what’s working, what they need, and the ins-and-outs of what they’ve learned from practical application on a large scale.
